By registering my child for TSCTV I give my permission for my child to:
* attend TSCTV, at Abbeygreen Church, Lesmahagow, and to participate in the live TSCTV audience and associated games, crafts and activities
* be filmed & photographed while doing so (for the purposes of showing to the assembled audience only)
* be under the direction and authority of the TSCTV leaders during TSCTV activities, usually 6pm-8:45pm, Monday 4th – Saturday 9th August 2025
I accept it is my responsibility to be available to be contacted during the course of TSCTV activities, if/when required to discuss, attend, support and/or collect my child if/as necessary or deemed appropriate by TSCTV staff/management
I accept that these conditions apply to the times and duration of TSCTV activities and TSCTV staff/management accept no responsibility for my child’s travel to or from TSCTV venue (Abbeygreen Church, Lesmahagow), understanding this to be my responsibility
I also accept it is my responsibility to notify TSCTV of any allergies or medical conditions, additional support needs, or any other information that might be relevant for the wellbeing needs that my child has, that can be reasonably met by TSCTV staff. I accept it is my responsibility to state this information clearly in the appropriate parts of the registration form and to discuss with TSCTV staff/management as necessary.
I understand that by clicking/checking the “Permission agreement” box on the registration form and also by allowing my child to attend, I indicate my agreement with, and acceptance of these stated terms in line with the Free Church of Scotland Safeguarding Policy.
